How to add your signature

Follow these simple steps after you click Copy Signature HTML.

For Gmail

  1. Click Copy Signature HTML in this builder.
  2. Open Gmail and click the gear icon, then choose See all settings.
  3. In the General tab, scroll to the Signature section.
  4. Click Create new if you need a new signature.
  5. Click inside the signature box and paste the copied content.
  6. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

For Outlook

  1. Click Copy Signature HTML in this builder.
  2. Open Outlook and click the Settings icon.
  3. Go to Account and then open Signatures.
  4. Click New signature if you want to create a new one.
  5. Click inside the editor and paste the copied content.
  6. Save the signature and choose it as the default for new emails if needed.
